Sound Wave Innovation Co., Ltd is proud to announce that Professor Shimokawa received the Private Enterprise Award at the KPMG Japan-hosted startup pitch event, the Private Enterprise Global Tech Innovator Competition Japan, held on July 15, 2025.

This year’s competition focused exclusively on deep tech startups. Out of approximately 140 applicants, 34 companies successfully passed the initial screening and delivered a three-minute pitch. This was Sound Wave Innovation’s first time participating in the event, and the company was honored to be selected as one of the six award recipients.
